Olives Victoria will take responsibility for organising and undertaking the harvesting and sale of the olives, and provide the owners with an agreed share of the net profit resulting. 

The profit sharing arrangement is open book and the harvesting and selling processes  have appropriate checks and balances to ensure all revenue and costs are fully and accurately disclosed.

Olives Victoria have access to experienced harvesting staff that utilise efficient process and tools to ensure your entire olive grove is harvested in the shortest possible time, therefore optimising revenue and profit produced from the olive grove.
